    Wake up.

    Eye drops, brush teeth, drink water, poop.

  3. Practice

    Stretch, pranayama, 10 minutes of meditation.

  4. Intention

    Write the most important tasks for the day — and why.

  5. ~10:00 AMNourish

    Oatmeal + supplements.

  6. 1:00 PMRefuel

    Plant protein + snack.

  7. 5:00 PMMove

    Gym, yoga, or a walk.

  8. 6:00 PMNourish

    Dinner.

  9. 9:00 PMWind Down

    Phone away. Tomorrow set aside.

  10. Reflect

    Write gratitude and the day's wins. Read for 30 minutes.

    Sleep.
